we are trying to grow a community of people interested in building/improving their careers. A Facebook page was initiated and gathered a handful (~140ish) of followers based on network, but can't really manage it due to other duties (i.e. coding, back-end data analytics, business development). Looking for someone who can help us super-size the community. Our marketing strategy consists of: 1. Bi-weekly emails (written by myself) to keep folks updated on progress & hottest articles/posts 2. Blog & Help Center Articles - Revolving around career guidance & the future of work. 3. Facebook Community - Driver of engagement & user growth. The Facebook component is what this job involves, and we'll have to discuss the plan (schedule, curation, creation, etc.). I am also a first-time founder so really need an expert who can steer the ship.
