j2ee expert programmer needed for changing design and texts for JSP

Ladies & Gentleman, we need an JSP expert in order to change design & text on our sites. You should have at least 3-5 years working experience outside the university. Its a huger site and since we don´t want to give away the source code you will receive jsp file by file and will need to change the design and the text in it. Completely there are 16 sites to change. Mainly header and buttom. Some colors and the texts. (Not into a different language!) We will provide you with exact designs & texts so that you won´t loose much time. We will pay you out once the whole job is done and once my programer tell me that everything had been done accurately. We won´t pretransfer any money nor use the gaf escrow system. We do first want to work with you in order to assure with whom we are working with. If you don´t accept this conditions - please don´t bid. We are looking for a long term work ship.
