3D Driving Simulation Game For Educational Website

Greetings Fellow Programmers, The follow job description was sent to me recently: I have had this vision to take our online classes and add some simulation driving training via a smartphone/tablet and if it can pull that off where the smartphone/tablet would act as the steering wheel, turning it make the car turn, tilting forward makes it go faster, tilting back slows/stops it, that would be great. My client is going to have a game development project for his driver education website where the selected developer may end up creating one or more educational based games for his website. We have a MySQL Backend Database. We use ColdFusion as our primary programming language. We would not want this 3D game being created with Unity; we want it done using Java. What experience do you have creating games for websites? Do you have any examples that we could see? If so, please list URLs to the games that you have created.
