I need to apply three Algorithms for gesture recognition application using java. 1- Hidden Markov Model (HMM). 2- Conditional Random Fields(CRF). 3- Hidden Conditional Random Fields(HCRF). For each algorithm, the input will be a matrix of hand positions in a 2D space, and the output will be an ordered list of the most match meaning. There will be a training data which contains hand movement matrix and the meaning of each. The code must be done from scratch (without using any ready libraries). Three functions needed: int[]experment1= HMM(numberOfSigns, train_data1, train_data2, test_data); int[]experment2= CRF(numberOfSigns, train_data1, train_data2, test_data); int[]experment3= HCRF(numberOfSigns, train_data1, train_data2, test_data); The code must be well documented, easy to read and understand.
