Wanted profile database site

The project is a pretty simple actually. I would like a nice, simple, user-friendly, easy and a light colour professional graphical interface for a wanted human rights violators profile site. This is a non-profit site, as you can guess why. I have designed two gifs as an intro on how I would like the layout to be. The colours, interface is for you to work out since Im not exactly well knowledged in programming. Description: The sites main page would have a list of pictures running down and next to each picture there will be information such as: name, Criminal ID no, date of birth (DOB), Occupation and address. Site will give an option to two other view options where users are able to browse profiles by the main picture of each profile, as each profile will usually have more than one picture once they go into the more detailed page of the profile. Next option for users will be to to browse by criminal ID no. Below that there will be a search for box where you are able to search by profile name, DOB, Occupation, Address. The result should come on a new fresh page. I am sure you get the idea of how it should look like. When its on a profile page which will show all the details of one wanted criminial profile, there will be a back button and next profile and hense forth to make the navigation more easy. I dont know how the database should be, the pictures of each profile can be in one folder under the criminal ID no and we could name each pic by 1, 2, 3 and so on.. and maximum upto 8. But if you have a better suggestions please do that. I would like it to be easy for me to add new profiles. Maybe you can make a simple admin login from admin area, I would be able to upload pics (which would automatically make thumb_nail pics for the profile because I need the big pictures to be there so that once they click on the profile picture itself, it can have a pop up of the actual size pic). Than there could be places where I can write the name, dob, occupation and everything and be able to save the whole profile all together. Also I would like to have a simple email page where users can sumbit an email that way they do not have to go into their emails to write to us. I dont think I have left anything out. You will be able to get more from the 2 pics. But I think it only allows me to add one picture. Await your kind response. Best Regards.
