Clean up ~25 Google Scripts and Build a Code to Maintain Them

Summary: Clean up 20-30 Google Scripts by adding UI usage instructions, script comments, standard var references, and generally improving script quality wherever possible. Then build a Master script to maintain these scripts. Background: I have automated quite a lot of my job, which is Communications Director for a large church. My vision for what I have done it is that, when I leave this job, the next person will be able to everything I currently do in my job, except they will not have to spend time worrying about how the automation system works. However, I currently have 25 or so scripts, all written by different developers, all attached to different Sheets, Docs, Folders, Files, etc. (see the scripts attached to docs and sheets found in the folders here: [login to view URL]). The efficiency, organization, and overall quality of the code varies widely. That will make things very challenging for a new Communications Director to maintain...it makes things very challenging for me to maintain! I need a highly skilled developer who understands the big picture for what the entire system is set up to do, and who can read and understand ALL of the code that is already written. I need that person to standardize, simplify, clarify the code that is sloppily written (by commenting, organizing code, re-writing code, etc.). Then, I need the person to build code that will update all of the var references if the system is cloned. In the end, I need able to copy the entire system into a new Google Drive account, without having to fix any of the code. (I realize the account holder of the new account will need to manually give permissions for each script to run, there is no avoiding that.) If you are up to this entire task, I am willing to be flexible on the budget, depending on how clear, detailed, and organized the result is. Before the work starts, we we would schedule a Skype call so that we can walk through the entire system and all the code.
