Convert existing web application to modern framework

We are looking for a front end web developer that can accelerate our migration to a modern web framework. We have an existing web application that is written using the mustache template engine, jQuery and CSS. Our CSS was built by a UI designer and is not cross-browser friendly. The new web application will be using React.js (single page application), Bootstrap 4, and clean SASS. The APIs that drive the backend will be reused for this rewrite. Familiaraty with using websockets is a plus. The code of the old application will be available to you. The new application must support multiple web browsers. You should be very familiar with using Git for source control, branching, issuing pull requests and be open to feedback in those pull requests. The conversion project is already underway. The general framework and several pages have been completed. The scope of work will build on this and will include the following elements: • Dashboard for authenticated users (dynamic depending on their permissions) • User management to list, view, edit and create users • Appointment management • Display information provided via a websocket • Forgot password/password reset • Download system logs Required skills: React.js 16, Bootstrap 4, SASS, Restful API calls, Cross browser support Desired skills: Websockets Supported browsers: IE11, Edge, Chrome, Firefox, Safari Supported platforms: Windows and Mac. iOS and Android support a plus The successful candidate must accept and sign our Non Disclosure and Intellectual Property agreements and be a legal resident of the United States.
