I want a true Errand Market Place Design FUNCTIONS: Register 3 types of USERS (free registration) (1) Errand Offeror (one who posts the errand or needs services) (2) Errand Vendor (one who does the errand) (3) Admin (the one who manages the site activities) Errand Offeror After successful registration, the Errand Offeror must verify their details such as ID, Phone Number, email address, Address, Upload Photo, which is successfully is used in creating an account or Profile Errand Offer can post errands (work to be done) by location on website with amount of offer in (Many currencies to choose from preferably Kenyan Shillings/US $. Errand Offeror can browse interested Errand Vendors and award the most suitable Vendor. Once a vendor is selected and the errand service is awarded, to finalize the Award, the Errand Offeror is prompted by the system to deposit money equivalent to the agreed amount to the Errand World Mall MPesa account. This money is held in a suspense account where neither the Errand Vendor nor the Errand Offeror can access the money. The money is only released by the system into the Vendor’s Account when the Errand Offer confirms completion of the Errand. Errand Vendor After successful registration, the Errand Vendor must also verify their details such as ID, Phone Number, Address, and Upload Photo, successfully creating account or profile Errand Vendor can browse posted Errands by location, can bid on posted Errands and accept Errands Awarded by Errand Offer Company A company can register and tick both boxes as Errand Offeror or/and Service Provider Rating Each Other Upon completion of the Errand both Errand Offer and Errand Runner must rate the performance of each other, the rating comments are visible publicly whenever the Errand Offeror posts new errands and when a Vendor places an offer for an errand, also stars must be given to the vendor and errand offeror leading to a performance overall rating. Security Only fully verified Errand Offeror and Errand vendor is allowed by the system to post errands or place offers and accept errand awards. Registration is free for all 4 types of users, posting an errand is free, Errand Offeror pays nothing but the agreed fee for service or errand. Errand vendor registers free but the system deducts 18% from every errand performed and 82% of payment is released to vendor upon completion of errand.
