Interactive animation of truck product

We have developed a mechanism attachment to a Ford F150 pickup truck that is essentially a retractable bar that moves up and down under front bumper. We need someone to produce an animation that would replicate what this truck will do in real life. A computer monitor will be placed above a demo version of this system and the animation will also activate the demo model

I am looking to produce an interactive animation system as follows:

Show an animation of a Ford F150 pickup truck front and side view with our product attached to it. There will also be an animation of a speedometer. As the speed increases showing on the speedometer, the “product” will extend from the truck at a specific given speed. When the truck slows lower then this speed, the unit will retract. The speed will animate randomly showing the function of this system. This must also have the capable of producing a signal or close a circuit when the system is activated in the animation so that the demo will also function at the same time.

This must look professional. You must inform me what hardware I will need to interface with the animation in order to activate or switch our demo. I can produce photos of the truck and system and also CAD data in any format of the system.

I will need this completed in 2 weeks or less.

This will be displayed on a 20" touch screen. I can have a small computer running Windows 7 to run the animation. It will launch when the computer boots.
Sounds: engine sounds running as the speed goes up and decelerating as it slows
This system is for a company display presentation to show how our system operates. Only one will be installed on one demo model.
Start at 0 MPH, speed up to 20 MPH and hold for 5 seconds, speed up to 60 MPH (system activates at 40 MPH) then hold for 5 seconds then slow to 20 MPH, hold, then 0 hold then repeat in an endless loop.
As the system activates and disengages, I would like an indicator on the screen showing "engage" and "disengage"
There may be 2 iterations of these speeds and delays depending on what the end-customer wants.
