C# Program to Export Frames from an AS2 SWF File to PNG Files

As the title suggests, I need a C# program that can take all the frames from an AS2 SWF file, and then export each frame as a high quality PNG file. I'm going to be exporting Club Penguin rooms and "sprites" because I'm remaking Club Penguin in HTML5 using Phaser CE, so I need a quick and easy way to export rooms and character images from the game. If you cannot do this in C# (or have a better solution), feel free to leave a suggestion when you bid.
