React JS app creation for SKILLED PROGRAMMERS ONLY!

It is an open source wallet, I was looking to get the theming and design changed to match my corporate style and layout. I am actually in the process of finding a developer to make the necessary edits and changes and present me with a refashioned app based on that same spark wallet found here: [login to view URL] Then I came across react.js built apps and I began to think, what if I could get a react.js coder who could create me a completely unique app that could access the Java REST API of Spark Wallet (running in server mode) and have TLS encryption end-to-end just like the Spark App? Is this possible? I will list the details of my current developer request below and you can tell me what is possible of a newly created react.js app. (Original freelancer request follows) I need to modify: (spark wallet ) with new functionality . 1. I will need a developer to change the look of the app. I need my corporate logo to replace "spark" and design asthetics and coloring to reflect 2 color templates. 2. This app contains an area called "RPC console" which allows users to execute commands at a command line interface. I would like buttons created for the commands with unique variable fields for the each one. 3. Add 2FA to wallet login and (if possible) enable 2FA for sending individual payments. I am looking for a creative designer that can make this app as user-friendly as possible with a unique professional flair to distinguish it.
