Hello sir, I am a very serious freelancer, and do only 1 or 2 projects at a time. I checked your requirements and as per my understanding you need a web-app build over python-django. which will visualize the data as web-app which we can see now in excel file. data is mixture of multiple charts, tables and more. so initially we need to create a script which will access bloomberg APIs. and get data from it. once we have data , will save this in our postgres database using Django ORM. now time to build different views in django which will visualize our data in multiple formats. here we also need to do pre-processing and post-processing over data before saving it db and before sending it to UI-pages simultaneously. I am a professional Django Backend Developer, I have developed 20+ sites for clients using Django. I am familiar all the stages of a backend app including Permissions, Validations, Formats, Request Optimization. Apart from that i have 8 year of working experience in web technology.
