I need a competent JS coder that has good experience with angular framework for project that will take around 7 days.
The project is built upon angular file manager, so if you have experience with that file manager, you'll almost certainly get hired.
Please DO NOT bid if you:
1. Can't speak fluent English
2. Cannot work more then 4 hours per day on this
3. You are not sure if you can do this, and you just want to try
I hired 2 programmers already, both failed to do what they promised to me.
