Create a WebApp from a template.

Project that I need to create for my university - to serve the professors ,doctors and students - Its not for a grade but for a real use. There is no need to know about GIS or maps technologies - but to create only the other app pages not include the map. There is a ready template, all need to do is the web programming. • The App will serve professional's to load their maps and manage it, by privileges. • Technologies: The App should be written with the following technologies – AngularJs + ASP.NET WebApi, Bootstrap, css3, HTML5, JQuery, MySQL. • ALL need to be responsive and mobile friendly. • ALL pages need to be with professional design and most new technologies – BUT need to work in all big browsers- chrome, Firefox, IE, safari, android browser, opera (not all features work in mobile), if user use too old browser – he is getting an error page that says he needs to download new browser and gets list of all the options he can download. • Dominant colors: Green And Orange • RTL and LTR support, easy to translate (from file). • There are 5 main pages in the app Index , register , Dashboard , projects , Map , • There are more 5 sub pages: layer , alerts , users , reports , import / export total: 10 pages More details about the pages will provide
