Laravel save dynamic form fields to mysql

I have one form, invoice where users add email and name and they add dynamically rows via Jquery. The rows are dynamically added and I need to save the user input from these rows into mysql. It's minor task as form with jquery is ready, data model ready, I just need to get user input. This is part of a bigger project and will work with for other tasks. Please note the budget is fixed 5 Euros.
