VPS Linux, CentOS 6 + cPanel, DKIM, SPF, DNA, SMTP email server setup

Our small company is seeking an IT server support individual/company, with expertise and integrity, to perform some minor server software installation and verification. We are in the process of switching from a shared network environment to a VPS server. This requirement is based on a need for upgraded application software used by our shopping cart which cannot be performed on a shared environment. Our VPS server is configured as follows: VPS Linux CentOS 6 + cPanel We need the following services performed: 1. We need to establish the SMTP routing so that we can send email from our PC based Windows Live Mail or other external mail source. We can discuss the best method for doing this from our server. 2. Make sure anti-virus type of software is checking our incoming/outgoing emails, ftp uploads/downloads, and generally protecting our server if that is possible in Linux. 3. DKIM and SPF records need to be configured with any additional security measures to reduce potential viruses, spam, worms, hacking, and any other issues that might affect our incoming and outgoing emails and security. 4. The DNA records need to be check for accuracy. 5. While we have installed SSL certificates, we have a question and need to verify that it is installed correctly and working as expected. We can discuss that issue. 6. Any other potential security issues should be looked at with recommendations as to corrective action. Our requirements: 1. Complete documentation of any changes to files and settings. This could be a simple matter of having Microsoft Word open and performing a cut and paste each time something is changed. File changes should have 3-5 lines prior and after the changed area so that it is clear what was changed such that it could easily be found within the file. This could be an insert into the Word document which shows the original code and then an insert which shows the new code. 2. You must be a USA born citizen living in the USA. (We prefer someone residing in the Phoenix metro area but that is not a hard requirement.) The documentation allows us to keep records of adjustments in the event issues arrive later, changes need to be made later, or if the server needs to be restarted from a clean condition (I hope not). We have moved 2 of our domains over to the new server. While we can retrieve our email from Windows mail, we cannot send email. We need an expert who is knowledgeable on our server configuration and can quickly and competently address our issues. We do not need someone who wants to learn how to perform the tasks at our expense. Depending on the level of service provided, we are looking to move our eCommerce site. Our plan is to install the latest version of the shopping cart around the middle of December with their free 30 day trial. This will give us time to learn and upload all of our product information before we delete the old, installed years ago, shopping cart and switch servers. Our IT support would be asked to install the new software and verify its security. In the future we would have our IT support apply any software updates. We need your hourly rate to perform IT support services on our server, remotely from your office. We need a general estimate on the time required and cost to perform the requested services.
