Installing and configuring NextCloud on a system with a static IP. Will need access to the router for port forwarding if need to access it from outside. Assuming static IP is accessible from outside (i.e, no NAT translation, and incoming ports aren't blocked by the operator). Can confirm the router compatibility first to determine if it is possible to access the server from outside. Can discuss if NextCloud docker AIO is a better solution.
