I require a step-by-step guide that will result in a working environment for nginx reverse proxy with CAS ([login to view URL]) authentication, and external authorisation (e.g. htaccess/text file, etc). Expected delivery, in an Unix environment RedHat and Ubuntu: - CAS server install and configuration set-up step-by-step - nginx server install and configuration set-up step-by-step - nginx configuration details to enable protected pages through CAS authentication - nginx configuration detalis to enable further authorisation of the authenticated request The delivery steps need to be reproducible in a sandbox environment without any external connectivity (i.e. no network/internet connection).
