Shadowsocks and TekRadius server installation and configuration

We will need to make a group of Shadowsocks Servers to work with TekRadius server. TekRadius is mainly responsible for user login authentication. You will need to setup and configure 100% working and compatible environment. Also the document of setup and configuration is needed. The experienced experts are welcome to bid. You MUST have past experience in installing and configuring Shadowsock server in Linux and Shadowsock client in Windows, Mac, iOS & Android. Also make the Shadowsock client login authentication work with TekRadius. TekRadius is a Radius server working in Windows server.
