we have WINDOWS - SERVER MAIN - LIST OF SSH ( SSH A - B - C - D )

what i want is WINDOWS is doing tunneling for exemple on port 1337 with SERVER MAIN

each time WINDOWS ask for request X , THE SERVER MAIN open tunneling with SSH A and forward it to WINDOWS next request use SSH B ... C ... D ... A

repeat

eg: the only permission we have on the list off SSH is tunneling command u can't install package or do some iptables ...
