Hi,
I have an Ubuntu instance with multiple IP addresses that I run docker instances from. I would like traffic from the docker instances to come from any of the public IP addresses on the system. I’m assuming that IPTables and NAT would be the best way to do this, but I’m open to other solutions.
Though we’re doing this with docker, I would like the Ubuntu system to use the multiple IP addresses for all connections. The applications use TCP, UDP, and ICMP protocols.
Ideally, executing this command would result in a different IP address every time.
curl [login to view URL]
The result of this task should be a script that can be run at startup. The script would configure the NAT rules as needed for each IP address.
Deliverables:
BASH script to configure networking at startup
