I have AWstats installed and running on a Yosemite server (latest version of everything). I thought I had everything configured correctly but for some reason, the reports are only showing 4 unique visitors, where Google analytics show thousands. I need someone that is knowledgeable in OSX server, Apache logs, and AWstats that can go in and verify/correct my installation and log file conf so that I am getting proper reporting.

I'll get this done for you, I've used AWStats numerous times before and it'll no doubt be something in your log file format or something in the config somewhere (I'd guess) although it'll probably be something more complex that'll take some digging.
