Magento 2 Extension Manager Page Fix

Hello,

I need help fixing an issue I am experiencing in Magento 2. I am trying to access the Extension Manager page but it seems to be just timing out and not loading properly: [login to view URL]

Originally, I thought it had something to do with the php version, and addressed it with the server host. We found that the PHP memory limit was set to 768MB and changed it to 2GB. However, this did not fix the issue. Upon inspecting the page, we encounter this error: [login to view URL]

I then monitored the Apache error log simultaneously but there are no errors generated during the process. The error indicates an issue with the code of the application.

So I am looking for someone who can help fix this issue immediately, as I need this fixed now for some work I am having done. So if you are fully capable, and can start immediately, and complete quickly, then we can proceed (if the price is right).
