Looking for an engaging telemarketing/telesales professional to manage the clients of a CPR & First Aid Company.
You will be responsible for managing existing clients, this will include telephone and email reminders to schedule a re-certification course, booking/assisting with booking the courses, billing the clients after the courses are complete, submitting client lists to national database and setting reminders in the CRM to do it all again the following year.
The majority of the work will come from the second part of the job. Telemarketing & Telesales. Calls are to be handled between 9am - 7pm EST. You will be responsible for calling leads, following up with them and working to turn them into clients.
All other responsibilities can be completed any other time of the day.
The potential candidate will have excellent telephone communication skills and have command of the English language. They will need build a rapport to get past the gatekeeper to the decision maker.
They will have experience using a CRM (Zoho preferred as this is what we're currently using)
The right candidate will be excited with the challenge of growing a small business by building relations with the clients. They will be responsible with the day to day management of the company.
