Help me with Marketing

We are a very busy boutique real estate firm located in Miami, FL (US). We are in need of an experienced Marketing Coordinator to assist with a number of Marketing tasks including but not limited to: Coordination and Execution of: Just Listed/Just Sold Campaigns - Print, Direct Mail and Email Property Brochures - Email and Print Property Videos - direction and manage completion Listing Acquisition Campaigns - Print, Direct Mail and Email Monthly Newsletter Preparations and Sending (Email) Craigslist Ads Powerpoint Ads Facebook ad preparation Event coordination and marketing Social Media Marketing Website management coordination Assistance in hiring/contracting designers, printers, etc, needed to get jobs done This will be approximately 10-20 hours of work per week. Requirements: -3+ years of marketing coordination experience, including print and web -Fluent in English -Strong independent worker with confidence to get things done with minimal oversight -Willingness to always be learning and growing -Ability to oversee designers, printers, etc, properly to make sure things get done on deadline -Enjoys and embraces the newest communication methods such as social media, etc, and sees them as a positive addition to the business world. -Comfortable with basic print and web-based activities, including direct mail, social media, and email marketing. -Must be generally available and flexible to get both regular, repeat work and also occasional surprise jobs or changes that required 24-48 hour turnaround for example, Monday through Friday. - Must be accessible for questions at least half of our working hours/workday.
