i am looking at securing the import & distribution of buses from China to Australia. I would need the following information addressed; 1. General introduction of the local bus market 2. Statistics of end registration for the past 3 to 5 years(by GVW/ Brand/ model of possible) 3. Segmentation of local market 4. Targeting of the segment 5. Positioning of Sunlong’s product compared with main competitors 6. Sales forecast 7. Action plan(R&D plan, launching plan of the first model, sales and service network development plan ) 8. Insight of the market S.W.A.T analysis: 9. Ability to build and expend the sales and service network; 10. The potential setup cost of such an enterprise in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. 11. Capital funding (49%) to be sourced from China/Overseas. This is required within the next 10 days.
