Sela or make Lead for my business

I am looking for freelancer who can send me leads and/or do sales to consumers/developers/designers who need to build Ecommerce websites. We can either do subcontracting for companies that are too busy or I am looking from someone who can get direct leads through Freelancer or any other freelance website. Experience in this field would be great. We are looking for clients who are wanting to move away from cookie cutting platforms like Shopify or Magento and who need higher customisation levels with reasonable hosting requirements. I am looking for customer who have budgets of $1000.00 or more to build a website. The job can be commission based or paid as a 1 time fee once customer signs contract.
