Set meetings in Australia

I have previously been working in the trading business between Australia and China. My responsibility was to facilitate business activity and ensure that suitable meeting arrangements were put in place. I am an Australian and I have travelled to businesses in China many times. I have attended meetings in Australia between Chinese business people and Australian companies. I was involved in discussions on products from China to be imported into Australia. Another area was for the export of Australian building products, with a focus on exterior paint products. I have worked in Australian business and I have a good understanding of the requirements for effective communication with business people in Australia. To be able to organise the meetings, I think it would be valuable to have an idea of the types of products that you think Australian businesses will be purchasing from you. This will help clarify the strategy for communicating with these companies and making the arrangements for an initial meeting. I have noted that you have only identified 4 companies at this time. Are you planning to meet with other companies and if so, how many did you want to be contacted? I would be able to help you write sales material as part of the arrangements for meeting with these companies and you would be able to leave this information with them to refer to after the meeting. I would also be able to facilitate the initial trade contacts.
