I need a cyyber security expert to secure my personal accounts from repeatedly being attacked by a malicious hacker

I woud like a skilled expert to take the wealth of solid data that I have accumulated or that they are able to gather legally and idendify the person or persons resposinsible for what are obviously attacks on me personally with the expressed intention of stopping further cyber attacks and bringing to justice. I did file a complaint with the FBI's IC3 Cyber Crimes Division as directed by the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff'd Station instrutced and Imagreed to foilow up with further supporting documentaion to their Los Angelers Field Office. Since this matter is not about monitary lose as a typical cyber crime might be it appears to be taking a low priority by law inforcement. It has however been devastating to me personally none the less has directly influenced the dissolution of a 13 year living relationship and has caused me to take a leave of absence from a graduate program at Brandman University in Valencia.
