I am very familiar to this type of project dealing with large time series, data transformation and adaptation, features extraction and classification. for transformation task needed ; I wrote a short code for demonstration ('imaging' a scalar random time series): X = randn(500, 1); Xd=X; Xd(1)=[]; Xd(end+1)=0; D = pdist2(X,Xd,'euclidean'); % euclidean distance D=D/max(max(Z)); % normalisation imshow(Z,'Colormap',parula) So, I can do transformation of 120x10000 complex samples to images using the 3 types of distances mentioned and I can help also in the rest of the process (feature extraction and classification).
