Hi. It looks like an easy job. But without looking at "detailed specifications", i can't be sure about that. Well, usually i don't accept the project before knowing the whole task with all details, but you have many good reviews, so it's OK. I think you won't ask me to do something crazy :) BTW, EA can get your local time (and GMT time based on PC time zone settings, without the need of DLL calls, starting from MT4 build 600).
