My background includes serving as a customer service agent within both call-center and retail environments. Most recently, I worked on the customer service desk for Modern Coast, where my responsibilities included handling customer book returns, issuing tickets, educating clients on the new products and services available, making follows up on parcel and getting feedback from clients regarding their experience with our services. I consistently met my call-volume goals, handling an average of 80 to 90 calls per day.
Am a self-taught trader in Forex through YouTube and online based platform, babypips.com. I have also used demo account in trading using Meta trader 4 platform to sharpen my skills.
On another note, I have experience in sales and market. I worked as a freelance marketer in Jumia Kenya where I sold their products to various customers countrywide.
