Azure and Access Integration

We have a MS Access file that is composed of Forms and Queries. The User of this file inputs data into the fields of the Forms and clicks on a button in order for the calculations in the Queries to start running. Once the calculations are finished running, the results are displayed in Reports where the User can select which Report to open. We would like to have our user access this MS Access file from a website instead of sending them the file. In order to access this file, we would like to put it in the Azure could and map the Forms fields to the fields of the website. This way the user would interact with the website rather than the MS Access file. Once the queries have been run, the results of the Reports should be displayed in the website as well. We will create the fields in the website, but we need help with connecting the fields to the MS Access file in Azure.
