We are a small non-profit art gallery, and we have a gallery shop in Shopify. We also have an MS Access Database with contacts that are linked to... Artwork sales, event booking, donations, exhibitions, creators of artworks in database, etc. So we need to keep these MS Access Database contacts updated when people update their details in their shopify account. We also have membership dates stored in MS Access: join date, renew date, and expiry date (can be 1, 2, or 3 years from renewal/join date). People can buy a membership in Shopify, and we would like to update the MS access contacts with their new dates. We have been able to get the shopify tables into MS Access via linked table manager using ODBC. (We use a driver from CData, you can get a free trial to assist with development). Experience with the shopify tables would be preferred but not necessary. The main work is writing the SQL Update Query. The info required seems to be across 4 tables in Shopify: Customers, Customer Addresses, Orders, Order Items.

Hi guys, I believe I can help you with the task. Do you want the sync to be done as a full export/import or you want just a delta to be pushed from shopify to access? both variants can do the job, the important bit is how many records you have in shopify and how often the data is changed there. Also, where do you host your shopify and do you have full access to DB? cheers,
