Create Microsoft Project File w/ reports

Hello I need help creating a three-month plan (until mid-February) in Microsoft Project and create reports from it. These reports and the Microsoft Project file will be sent to my manager to show, in different dimensions, much time I am able to spend on other (unforeseen) projects in January and February 2015. I also need to send reports to the client to show how I plan to complete these projects. There are two projects: The first project needs to be completed before January 2015. I have created a very basic Excel document with the duration for each task and and how many hours I have already spent on the task. This project does not require completing the tasks in any order particular order. The work is related to me writing documentation. This project should be very easy to enter into Microsoft Project. The second project is a little more complicated. It has 30 tasks which I have specified in a Word document. The Word Document consists of table with the following columns: WDR, Task name, and a Task Description. I have also created a Visio file with the exact order that each task needs to be completed. The Visio file includes the tasks that need to be completed by the client before I can start working on the next step as well as tasks that are independent. This project is a little more complicated to enter into Microsoft Project. It is related to developing training material and conducting seminars for a client.
