Hello I am looking for a person to realize a «Simple» Share Point site (hosting office 365) - 3 types of logins need : * A consultation mode with external users * A document add-in mode with internal users of the AD Office 365 * An admin mode with the admin admin of the AD office 365 Description Site: - A home page with a logo and a short description of the usefulness of the Site - On the home page a customized list called "Customers". This list (to be created) describe the customers information (10 fields to be created: customer number, customer name, customer type ...). On this list 2 boxes of search with two fields (customer number and customer name), we alos need to be able to modify the sort order of the list easily. - When clicking on a cutsomer (select a customer), a new page appears in "card mode" with the 10 informations (fields) of the customer selected. In a second part of this same page you can create directories and subdirectories, linked to the customer selected, to store the documents of the customer. The navigation between the directories of the customer must always leave at the top of the page the 10 informations of the customer in the card mode. - It must be possible to quickly return to the root of the site, to show the list of customer or to the root of the selected customer when navigating between the directories of the customer. Conditions of realization: Ideally in team viewer mode, to rise in competence on SharePoint and be able to ensure maintenance myself. Ideally without code, and only with setup Point of vigilance : The folder and subfolder to the document library must be attached to a single customer (from the list of customer) and always show the card mode of the customer in the top of the naviagtion page.

Hi there, Absolutely Doable, Reading thru the information provided you need someone to assist you with development of a SharePoint site (hosted with office 365) You need 3 types of login (as mentioned). You also need many other things as you have mentioned in the draft. We can certainly be the right choice for you on this opportunity as we have been working on SharePoint since its inception. Here is a solution proposal to your requirements. 90% of which will be implemented using out of the box SharePoint (without code). Card layout would ask for a little customization. - SharePoint list named "Customer" would be created with necessary information to be recorded (10 fields) - SharePoint list view would be created for Customer list which would allow free text search on list, filtering on columns and sorting on columns. - Document set library would be created which would contain one set for each of your customer. To create a set on new customer can be automated by providing a button on customer information page. - Navigation setup to quickly navigate between customer documents and list of customers and other areas of the site - Customer display page (opened when clicking a customer) would be created using jQuery plugin to display information in modern card layout. Hi, first of all, the layout that You want is not really possible without coding (unless we are talking Document sets which are not the same really). Split view is not any oob function. You can have something close to a card using a view with all the meta info, but it looks horrible and is more or less just a SharePoint 2007 view kept for backward compatibility. Second, browsing document library like You want is somewhat almost impossible to do. If You expect a lot of data (documents) and a lot of contacts I would rather offer the option for Customer/doclib or simply document set which is oob and keep meta on a page while keep You browsing the subfolders. I would rather advise You to do something right, than create something that will be cumbersome or failing later. I have like 10 years of experience with SharePoint and creating various apps inside it.
