Basic version of the LinkedIn app to be developed for android/web

I require an android app to be developed, along with a corresponding web version to contain the data. Once the android/web versions are 100% perfect, we would require that to be converted to an iOS version to be able to use on iPhone and iPad. $3000 is ideal budget. We will also pay you small fee every month after the apps are completed, for your expert support (as well as 5% of the business will be given to you, to help us with future growth). The App: Similar to LinkedIn, but not as many features - people can create their profiles, connect with other users, but they can also upload their Word/PDF docs, as well as add a YouTube link to their profile.
