Mobile Video Dating App

I have designed a nice looking mobile dating app for iOS that I would like built. The functionality includes: - Create profile using Facebook login or Email address - GPS location services - Push Notifications - Profile creation - Messaging - Instant Chat - Video Calling / Chat - Uploading Videos to your Profile - Custom search matches - Matches feature - Upgrading your account for $.99 cents and getting new features for doing so (Video filter, border, transitions) - Flag users - Delete users - Account settings & support And a few other minor features not mentioned in the list (basic iPhone features) I have created all of the PNG images required in 326PPI & 640 x 1136 pixels, and have all the original PSD files. I initially want it for iPhone & iPad but would also like it for Android phones in the future, so this could be an ongoing project. I have roughly $1,000 right now, and $99 for the Apple developers license once you finish the app. And since I have completed the design, that is half the work done right there, so the price should be reasonable. I can possibly pay a little more money, but not higher than $1,500. If you bid any higher than I can afford, I will simply delete your bid from my dashboard. I don't have a lot of money, and if you are interested in sharing some equity / profits of the app, I am up for it. I am also up for trading my skills as an expert designer in exchange for your skills as a developer. You will need to sign an NDA before beginning the project with me.
