Android App -

Hello. I would like an experienced developer to build me an Android app (iPhone and Windows app in the future) that can download audio from a list (note: this list updates each time the app runs), and can then play the downloaded audio. I also need a back-end to this app from where I can generate this list for the app to download. Please note: all audios are copyright-free. Here are the details: Back-End: The overall look of the back-end should be very similar to a file-tree / file-manager: I can specify the genre, the artist in that genre, the album for that artist, the song in that album, and lastly the audio(s) for that song and its lyrics. There might be two audios for the same song as one can be CD quality, and one can be from a live performance. For example: HipHop>Artist>Album>Song>Audio1/Audio2/Lyrics. The Audio1 would have a link to the MP3 file on my server. I should be able to delete MP3s, and genres, and add as well. Similarly, I can create basic pages - the pages will just have text, and I should be able to use basic HTML in those pages like bold, italic, urls, etc. Please see the attached file to see this file-tree/file-manager layout. Once I enter in data into this back-end, I can click a button that will generate a file (text,HTML, whatever you as the developer feels is easy) that has the menu in it and a version number. This file needs to be small as it will be accessed every time the app starts. App: When the app starts, it checks my server for a new file and compares the version of that file and the file it currently has. If there is a new file, it downloads it, and generates a menu in the app. So in a way its like a feed that can be updated. Once the menu is loaded (shouldn't take more than a few seconds), the user should be able to navigate it. When the user finally navigates to a song, the user can download it at which point it is permanently stored on the phone. (To ensure you - the freelancer - have read up till here, please send me a private message with the following phrase: weloveapps) Similarly, the user can download the lyrics as well (with be either a PDF, or an HTML page that loads in the phone - should be stored locally too). The files downloaded need to be stored locally so that they can be played with no internet connection. Also, if I were to move that particular song in another genre in the backend, the user does NOT have to re-download it. Each audio and lyrics should be assigned a unique ID. I hope I'm making sense. In that way, the user can download the audios he wants, and can access it later when needed. Additionally, I can continuously update the back-end and not have to prompt the user to download a new app each time as it just updates the list instead. Its actually a very simple app. I would prefer PhoneGap be used so its easy to transfer to other mobile platforms. Therefore, I would like someone experienced in PhoneGap to do the work so I can give the same freelancer the work in the future. I have a website, and can provide a domain and a MySQL database for the back-end. Thanks for looking, and please bid :)
