Our website [obscured] is developed on Cakephp. We need to simple change. 1- Add a footer to our home page. We have a dynamic homepage. We want to add a static footer at the bottom. Similar to the attached photo. (Farsi, English) 2- On the home page we have a button to features page. We want when user hover over the that button a drop down open and put 4 pages there. These pages are EXACTLY a copy of the current features page. we just want to put different content in them. Designs have to be responsive. These are very simple changes so please do not throw big numbers.
