Android Development

I am currently working on an Android project, however due to time constraints require another developer to help take some of my workload. The project itself is fairly straight forward, with the app primarily being a data capture tool, which uses XML as its core to drive things such as the question sets. Key Requirements: 1 - Java 2 - Android Studio 3 - Understanding of XML 4 - REST / JSON / HTTPS APIs 5 - Git repository daily code committing Finally, the tasks themselves may be varied based on how much time I get to work on the project, however below is a list of some of the key responsibilities: 1 - Basic UI creation to support phone and tablets in both orientations and various resolutions 2 - Floorplan UI - Basic ability to drop icons onto an imported image floorplan. Ability to pinch and zoom floorplan (keeping aspect ratio at all times) 3 - Caching Data / Persistence (Plan to use SQLite) 4 - Using various APIs to download and unzip assets, followed by zipping assets back up to be sent to the server using the same APIs. There are a handful off additional work which may come out of this, however this will be scoped out on a case by case basis. Please only bid on the project if you have a strong Android development background and are able to start work immediately (I plan on rewarding the project by the end of the week Friday 8th Dec).
