Android/IOS mobile SIP dialer with provisioning and messaging features

I need an offer for an almost ready application which I can test, one for Android and one for IPhone, and to have the following features
- multiple provisioning/signup schemas. User could simply enter a phone and get an SMS (I handle the SMS gateway), or enter their email, then enter their password or create password, and enter the app.
- support messaging (XMPP and/or SIP Simple) with multimedia features (transfer audio/video files)
- branded to my company's name
- customizable on demand
- Codec support: G729/G711 and more if possible
- not looking for a reseller, i need to work with the original application, so I can request support/features when needed

More clarification about the features of the app
- billing view to allow showing current balance by invoking a web service
- allow to recharge an account by opening a web container passing long user credentials, and a call back to close the container once the user finishes their order
- works with TCP/UDP/TLS transports
- works with outbound proxy
- supports push notifications, so if the app is closed, an incoming call will bring it up. This works by switching registration from the live app to the push server when the app is idle.
Server for SIP registration and placing calls is asterisk,, server for XMPP is asterisk or any other. All server side will be provided by me, and you get test accounts to try with existing clients.
When bidding, please provide URL for showcasing similar work done on mobile VoIP applications. It could be screenshots for the app features that are not available publicly. Also if the work has been previously done in freelancer, provide the link to the previous project.
