Android and iPhone App

I need an Android app. I would like it designed and built though see a preliminary design attached. phone app (iphone and android) to store and share item information. should be a searchable database: item can be identified by names or id number more information such as field like pictures, pdfs, texts can be added to the item information opening the app requires a 4 digit security pin number a specific item can have its folder of information shared by email to someone else who owns our app but with a password to open the file can write a simple text file for each item within the app should be able to create a backupfile to download on their computers or by email (password protect) should be able to store a few thousand items should be able to delete items or information stored in their folder (ie the pdf) for example the user will create a new item which is a car named voltron with id number 12345678 within this items folder they can create a new field called photo and attach a photo on their phone gallery. then they might add a text file with some description. the next item they add is a flower called rose with item number 11223344 and then they create a field called photo and add a photo, then they add a field called pdf and attach a pdf file with the flowers description. the opening page after password login would list the items so far (rose and voltron, each with a visible id number and if possible a creation date and a last accessed date) no cloud use. data should be stored on the phone and backed up to SIM card or PC.
