App Android with Web Site PHP core connected to App

I need an app that customers must be able to book a table at the restaurant. The app must have a map and a card every local staff who can administer from the administration panel. I must have a panel of super administrator can decide where all the changes to be made (deletion customers, moderation maps, administration customer files, etc ...). The app must have a website developed in PHP adhoc (No CMS as Wordpress, Joomla, Drupal, etc...) connected and I have to have the superadmin of everything from admin panel... The interface and functions of the app should be like this App (many functions should be added though) [login to view URL] The site should be like this and must be connected to the database of 'App: [login to view URL] - I also want the creation of the logo and some ideas for the name of 'App. - I also want all the text content of the website and the App written by who wins the project. - The site must have a Responsive Mobile version for all devices (iOS and Android devices). - All systems integrated payment and management of the amount of revenue automated. - Ability to change all the features of the app via an administration panel. - Any change made by the site or the app needs to be reflected automatically on both systems. - Automatic notifications on the user's device.
