Application that scarping html content from web site and play it out loud

Hello, I am looking to receive application for article out loud reader. Function for NVM voice app: 1. The NVM app will scraping HTML tag content from other web pages: title tag like h1, h2, h3, p article…. And logo to present in NVM app 2. Play function: pause, forward (between article), Backward (between article), while holding the arrow above the text we can skip part while moving it to other part of this article. 3. 3 tab and one page for each time opening application home page: new article that user add, option to add article by admin to group of user or all user. Like intro or advertising. similar article + advertising article: where user can see last article user have and place to add new hyperlink article. My list: all of user article ( all are sort by date) Setting: where user can define speed voice etc… 4. design pixel perfect present in layout. 5. All function that showing on design should work 6. The title will present in bold if not read and regular if read 7. All new article user add and not listen to them need to be in bold. 8. The voice read will be out loud and live, we will not create file to play it, it should read out loud the article directly from out app. 9. In field, when click on the title to add user name, password etc… the title will move above and keep place to detail like : invision site and [login to view URL] as sample. 10. Onboarding – gif animated should remain same place while swiping the text and png photo should move, also point at the buttom that present page should update accordinly. Dashboard: 1. the dashboard will connect to NVM app and present full data, sort each part by group of content, and search that I will do to create group of users, for example I can search who have in his NVM app site name X will be at 1 category etc… 2. adding google analytics code to check each field part in site, bottom page, how much click, time spend… 3. creating sort option by Country, interest listening, Male, Female, time spend, user use our application, daily, weekly, monthly at least one time or more also preview for this. 4. License inspect from where user accept the term his IP, Country and time zone. 5. option to export data like, site name, email, country, male or female, time use on our NVM app from any part in Excel file, CSV… 11. Advertising section – will have a dedicate section for that in the admin. So I can define time / date for advertising to run, create group of advertising – so I will be able to choose foe example all off advertising tool I have or only part for each group, and for each part I will be able to add photo accordingly or file… I need to see and sort full data, about user, group of user, by location, field of interest and time spend on my application. And Audio file at the beginning of each play will define in admin, middle, or define after some time specific audio will play at X group… Advertising article, as I mention on point 3 above
