We need a 3D Architectural expert and Unity expert to create a 3D building and deliver the 3D model as a .prefab format - ready to use in Unity. As well as deliver the 3dmax scene. No renderings required. We have all the building specifications, materials and cad files.
This project will need further updates and more specific features to implement after the initial delivery.
