Personal Hotel App for android/iOS to be sold to hotels with customer and hotel owner participation within the app. All hotels pay 15% commission to all third party bookings such as [login to view URL], Expedia, Price line etc...very expensive! I'm looking to reduce this by converting the hotel guest at arrival to download the app and use all the benefits with in the app, including the ability to book there next stay with the hotel in the app itself. As the creator I will need to see and manage all hotel and vendor accounts with the same info as the hotel owners. I would get paid from the hotel either on a monthly billing cycle or on a percentage of there sales created by the bookings through the app, this money would dump into my account daily or monthly, how ever I want to set it up. Benefits with in the app: Going to need a central hub for hotels to see all info were creating. Example, how many guests booked today through App, how many guest arriving today, how many guest are in the app looking at it today, how much money has been generated today from customers buying from vendors within the app, totals for the day, month, year. Link to hotels Booking Engine so customers can book there next stay. very easy to do, its just a link... Notifications menu for hotel and customers, email, text etc. cancellation button with in the app that links to the booking engine cancellation with notifications to customer and hotel. Create forms for businesses to signup and get there banking account numbers etc. Create a owner loyalty program with in the app for customers and hotel to use. create Dollar and percentage fields to discount rooms on arrival or when ever the hotel wants to comp a guest. Create a local business page where businesses can sell there goods to potential guest staying with the hotel. Create credit card page linked to hotel and local business where hotel can add $$ or percentage to the product that the local business is selling, so hotel can profit from there sales and have money drop into hotels bank account.
