Attending an event is more fun when you are with friends. That's why we decided to build [login to view URL]: The first mobile first ticket-solution that makes buying (and selling) tickets to events a more social, fun and rewarding experience.
We are currently searching for creative programmers who can code this (progressive web) app as well as the CMS / Sysadmin needed to run this app.
About the use of the app:
After you buy a ticket with [login to view URL] you'll be asked to invite your friends and when they join, you'll be rewarded with a partial refund on your ticket. This can add up to a full refund so you can attend the event for free !! Of course this also goes for your friends, the friends they invite and so on and so on...
About the users of the app:
At the core of [login to view URL] is a (progressive web) app that serves three types of users-roles:
*The event visitor:
Will be able to use the app to find events (by name, date, location, scanning a QR code etc., events that friends are attending etc.) buy tickets and invite friends by sharing a personalised deeplink.
*The event organizer:
Will be able to use the app to create an event and start selling tickets within minutes.
*The event host:
Will be able to use the app to scan tickets at the door.
*Be aware: One account can have one or more roles.
About the features in the app:
The app has the following features for the event-organizer:
- Login / Create an account by loggin in with Facebook or it's e-mail address
- Create an organizer profile with name, website, socials, visual, contact-info
- Settings (name, address, password, e-mail, visual, contact)
- Verification bank account
- Verification mobile number
- Create an event (name, date, visual, location, event description)
- Add tickets to the event (ticket-types, ticket-price, ticket-description, number of available tickets)
- Categorise the event (genre, kids friendly, business event, sports etc.)
- Copy / Duplicate an event
- Share the event on Facebook, Facebook Messenger, Twitter, Whatsapp,
- Send a push notification to visitors who bought tickets in the past
- Add hosts to your event who are able to scan tickets at the event
- Statistics (number of tickets sold, revenue, location of visitors, age, gender etc., number of tickets scanned.)
- Create a guest-list for the event (send free tickets to people by e-mail, whatsapp etc.)
The app has the following features for the event-event visitor
- Login / Create an account by loggin in with Facebook or it's e-mail address
- Search events by name, location, date genre etc.
- Buy one or more tickets to an event
- Invite friends to join you to the event
- See statistics of friends who accepted your invite as well as the current price you have to pay for your own ticket.
The app has the following features for the event-event host:
- Receive an invitation from a event organiser to scan tickets as a event host
- Show if a ticket is valid or not.
- If a ticket is not valid, show why (not valid for this event, already scanned etc.)
On the backend side we need to have a sys-admin to monitor statistics (ticket-sales, number of users, financial info etc), CRUD organizers, events, users, admins etc.
