Looking for iOS ARKit, Face Detection Expert

Hi, I have been creating augmented reality projects from about 5 years now. I can create this for you using ARKit 2 latest 3D model recognition feature where there will be a 3D model of lips which will be assessed with respect to the 3D objects that are being scanned by the iphone rear camera. But please note that this application can be run on the ios devices that has double camera on the back because it is the essential requirement for the ARKit 2. Talk to me about the project as I have few questions if you are interested. I will pursue the project in 2 parts first will be prototype and the second will be the actual project.
