I need an Android app. I would like it designed and built. let's say I have downloaded the app and saved few documents serial number in the app and one fine day if I lose any such documents and some person finds it and he enters the doc serial number and same app and if it's match with my doc number I should be alerted with geolocation. similarly it's vice versa.
